A subscription is digital content supplied immediately. Under the rules applicable to this type of supply, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has been activated and you have expressly agreed to that immediate performance.
As long as credentials have not been generated, an order can be cancelled and fully refunded on request to contact@example.com.
If the service is unusable through our fault and support cannot restore it, we offer a remedy: an extension of the period, a change of plan, or a refund pro rata to the unused period.
No refund is granted for: an insufficient internet connection, an incompatible device, suspension following credential abuse, or the unavailability of one specific channel, as the catalogue may change.
