These terms govern the sale of subscriptions granting access to an internet content streaming service operated by À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale, À COMPLÉTER — adresse du siège, registered under À COMPLÉTER — n° d'immatriculation / RCS / ICE.
An order is confirmed once payment clears. Access credentials are generated and sent by email to the address given at purchase. Activation usually takes less than a few minutes.
The subscription starts on activation and ends when the chosen period expires. It does not renew automatically: no recurring charge is set up.
Each plan allows a set number of simultaneous connections. Any excess connection is refused. Sharing credentials beyond your household is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
The customer undertakes to have a sufficient internet connection, not to resell or rebroadcast the service, and not to circumvent technical limitations.
The service depends on the customer's internet connection and on third-party networks. An occasional interruption does not constitute a breach of contract. We are not responsible for content published by third parties.
In the event of a breach of these terms, access may be suspended without refund.
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of À COMPLÉTER — raison sociale. Any dispute is first subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
